Medical technology is advancing at a rapid pace and it is not easy for the practicing clinician to keep up in a very busy work schedule. In many cases all of us require a demonstration, a short tutorial to get used to the new technology. Industry has been on the forefront in the development of these new and exciting equipment. Although they are available to help the clinicians to understand the newer concepts still many of us think that we might be getting a biased view due to commercial pressures.
